My prescriber is awesome and makes sure I'm aware of how new meds may interact with my other meds when old ones aren't working as well. She gives me the available options and lets me choose what I think would work best for me because I have chronic illnesses that require medications and I know exactly how they react to certain things. I've had two different counselors here and both have been great. For the first time since I was very young I'm not depressed and thinking about dying. Still need some work on OCD and anxiety issues, but things like that can take time. They've help me make some breakthroughs which are making some things easier. Other things... not so sure there's a good way to help with. But they at least try. I've never had anyone be rude to me here. If anything, they are MORE than patient with me having to cancel appointments so much because I forget to schedule transport thanks to my often fluffy/foggy brain. Yes, the waiting area could use a thorough cleaning and an update as could the restrooms. (The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5)Yes, some snotty people will be ill at ease with or disdainful of some of the clientele. But those are likely people who have no idea about the ratio of mental illness in the homeless populations nationwide. They need treatment, too. So complaining about "dirty people" and "bums" in the waiting room is really pretty crass.

Been getting help from a Therapist and Dr. here now for almost 6 months .. As to the greeting staff they could smile more and the waiting room could use an update but Overall I am pleased with both my ability to get there , the patience that I receive from everyone and the understanding of my Therapists .. Not everyone has a need to get in and get out .. I rate this 4 stars because I appreciate the help

They're very helpful with therapy in the postpartum area but, they really need to pick up their phones more often than they do, and actually call people back when they leave messages with a phone number.
